Strategic male engagement approach that opens up opportunities and supports women to overcome barriers, confronting negative attitudes towards women in the private and public spaces. Collaborate with institutions to prioritize addressing gender issues and improve workplace policies, creating and nurturing safe, non-discriminatory and inclusive workplace environments.
