To Facilitate and enhance leadership skills and access to opportunities for women and girls in all their diversities through training, mentorship and coaching, holding candid reflection sessions and conversations using participatory and empowering approaches. Strategic male engagement approach that opens up opportunities and supports women to overcome barriers, confronting negative attitudes towards women in the private and public spaces. Collaborate with institutions to prioritize addressing gender issues and improve workplace policies, creating and nurturing safe, non-discriminatory and inclusive workplace environments.
